You really do get what you pay for, but that doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't save money on Hawaii listing commissions.  The reality is that when you're selling your Oahu home, closing costs really eat into your home equity and the largest of those fees is the Hawaii real estate commission.  We think you should save money on real estate commissions and we've built our business on that principal.  However, you really need to balance savings and service.
