  • Buyer to obtain a letter of pre-qualification from lender of Buyer’s choice, prior to viewing homes for sale in Hawaii.

  • Buyer’s rebate is subject to Hawaii Discount Realty receiving the usual and customary 3% commission that is paid by the Seller at the close of escrow.  In no event will the Buyer be liable for payment of any commission due to Hawaii Discount Realty. 

  • The Buyer’s rebate will only be issued if it can be fully disclosed in writing to Seller and lender.

  • The Buyer’s rebate will never exceed 1% of the agreed upon purchase price of the Hawaii real estate.

  • Hawaii Discount Realty will put the Buyer's rebate guarantee in writing.

  • The minimum commission due to Hawaii Discount Realty exclusive of the Buyer's rebate is $5,000.
