Rebate
Qualifications:
-
Buyer to
obtain a letter of pre-qualification from
lender of Buyer’s choice, prior to viewing
homes for sale in Hawaii.

Buyer’s
rebate is subject to Hawaii Metro Realty LLC
receiving the usual and customary 3%
commission that is paid by the Seller at the
close of escrow. In no event will the
Buyer be liable for payment of any
commission due to Hawaii Metro Realty LLC.

The
Buyer’s rebate will only be issued if it can
be fully disclosed in writing to Seller and
lender.

The
Buyer’s rebate will never exceed 1% of the
agreed upon purchase price of the Hawaii
real estate.

Hawaii
Metro Realty LLC will put the Buyer's rebate
guarantee in writing.

The
minimum commission due to Hawaii Metro
Realty LLC exclusive of the Buyer's rebate is
$5,000.
So, you might wonder how
we can offer such a
generous rebate and still stay in business.

those buyers who are as serious about buying a

seem to buy,) we can afford to pay a Buyer's rebate of
$5,550 and still keep a great commission of
